The Tradition

30 years ago the first RAID SUISSE-PARIS took off, which led from Marnay near Besançon to Paris during a long rally day. Today, after the 27 editions with Paris as its destination, the RAID lasts three days and has been succeeded by two RAID du SUD to the Côte d'Azur, to Cannes.
In this jubilee year Vienna is the destination of the RAID. The jubilee event sets completely new accents, plays in completely different surroundings, combines culture and tradition of the Habsburg monarchy with the experience of charming landscapes.

Impeccable organisation

Since 1991, the word RAID stands for rallying tradition, professionalism and friendliness on the part of the RAID crew. It also means all-round support for RAID participants throughout the rally. And it goes without saying that there will be a RAID doctor on hand on the journey from Klosters to Vienna. RAID also means an impeccable breakdown service with experienced classic car specialists. Everything has been prepared for you to enjoy the new RAID in every sense!

The RAID KLOSTERS - VIENNA is a challenging classic car rally. The joy of driving, new discoveries, and making like-minded new friends - all this can be experienced on the RAID. And you pass through towns, villages, and landscapes you would probably never have discovered otherwise.
Historic cars are made to be driven. Really getting the feel of your classic car on a long journey, conquering distance and time in sporting competition, and all in the style of days long gone: that is what adds up to the charm of this great long-distance journey with its wealth of tradition.

The jubilee RAID is the first climate-neutral classic car rally

The RAID organisation is of the opinion that a rally can no longer escape the climate debate. Based on this insight and in order to ensure climate neutrality for our events to a large extent, an amount was calculated and transferred to the myclimate foundation (Zurich) to ensure fair compensation. In future, such contributions will be made for all RAID events.
As the first classic car rally ever, the Jubilee RAID 2020 is committed to offsetting emissions.
